NEWBORN SPECIALISTS
Parents choose between day care, night care or 24 hour care for their newborn baby. New moms will get the much needed rest they need, while a highly experienced newborn care specialist provides for their newborn.
POSTPARTUM DOULAS
Postpartum doulas are multi-taskers, that will help families with their newborn, interact and care for other children in the family, do some laundry, prepare a light meal, and generally help parents with the multitude of tasks that are required to help a family run smoothly when a new baby joins the family. Doula’s work during day hours, and usually work 4 – 8 hours/day.
FEES
The Helpers are paid an hourly rate by the client. The rates vary and are based on the job requirements.
There is an additional agency fee of $35/day paid by the client to Family Helpers.
Short-notice Fees: For Helpers placed to work on a holiday or for any Helper requests made less than 48 (business) hours in advance, the fee to Family Helpers is $50.
RULES
Helpers may only take a child/children swimming if another adult or a lifeguard is present. Helpers are not to bathe children.
